三、结语
一家民间网络公司的报告又一次掀起国际舆论大波，这看似小事，却折射出中美两国在网络空间领域的博弈。逐鹿网络，谁执牛耳?现在下结论为时尚早。但有一点是肯定的，在这虚拟又现实的网络空间中，拼的不是体力，也不是所谓的小聪明，而是智慧，大智慧;拼的是看谁有更长远的战略眼光与更科学完备的战略规划。当然，和平是人人都向往的。
